Young Glory is the only worldwide competition to reward creative consistency. It is also your chance to get work in front of a big industry name every month.
8 months. 8 briefs. Each month, between October and May, a different industry leader sets and judges his/her own brief. Participants have one month to respond to each brief. Brief 6 is live now.
Students and Professionals new to the industry compete monthly in separate categories to win Gold, Silver, Bronze or Shortlist spots. You can participate in one, several or all months.
Earn points for every accolade you win over the 8 rounds (see the points system). At the end of the Young Glory season, the industry’s most consistent creative talent will be crowned.

I love this:
Sometimes people have different ambitions and conditions and everybody can’t, or simply don’t want to, head down to the gym or catch a spinning class at 7pm.
Nano workout addresses these problems from the complete opposite direction. Nano workouts are based on the situation you are in and suggests small short exercises using the natural conditions the situation provides. By breaking down your day to the most common situations you find yourself in and analyzing them to see how they can be optimized from a training perspective you can through Nano workouts achieve a more healthy life, no matter what your day looks like. A small amount of exercise many times becomes a lot when added up. For instance if you exercise when brushing your teeth it will add up to 24 hours during one year.
This idea has been popping up everywhere lately. The best articulation in my opinion was by Leo Babauta, and the Thousand Cuts Fitness Program.
I think an version of this would be a great candidate for a Budge program.
