The goal was never to beat the competition, or to make a lot of money. It was to do the greatest thing possible, or even a little greater.
Should I Look For A New Job?
I have a very simple answer: Find a new job when you’ve stopped growing. Growth can come in different forms. Because I like diagrams, I’ve drawn out how I look at growth.
