Hyper Island and CP+B launches a creative commons database of ideas for positive global change. During 72 Hours, all Hyper Island students join forces to generate ideas, create solutions and explore ways to leverage technology to encourage peace within their communities.

Utenos, a Lithuanian beer producer launched a new kind of beer. To promote trail, they did not gave the beer a name, instead people could suggest names and vote. The most popular name got selected. Thanks to Kristijonas for the tip.

Eduardo is studying the study of his dreams at Hyper Island. After having moved all the way from Mexico to Sweden, he found out he would not be able to finance his education.In order for Eduardo to stay we need to gather 20.000 Euros, it’s a lot but many raindrops make a river!
The London-based band have asked fans to tag photos that they take at festivals with #vaccinesvideo, thus the fans’ snaps can be easily collated to form an animated photo video. The Vaccines are thought to be the first band to create a music video using Instagram.
